Take a Journey to the Spirit of Clematis

As I was making my daily offerings to my "Joy" altar, I was captivated by these beauties (see image above). They are called Purple Clematis.

What is so amazing to me is that their color is otherworldly. They change in the sunlight and shadows, which has a mythic quality to me. Their stamen looks like something that should be in the ocean on a coral reef, licking the nutrients laden in the saltwater.

I have always been interested and have used flower essences for decades, so I investigated Purple Clematis. Praised by the Ancient Chinese Culture for representing Mental Prowess and Dignity.
