Each session is offered over three day weekend: Friday through Sunday, beginning at 9am PST. Friday we meet until 5pm PST, Saturday we meet until 7pm-ish PST, and Sunday we meet until 3pm PST.  Please be sure to convert these times to your own timezone.

Read about each Wheel here.

All practices will be practiced on your land or in your space. There will be times when you will participate with classmates in Zoom breakout rooms.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, we record the sessions and upload them into a secure and password protected Student Portal where students can access and review as needed for the length of the current Medicine Wheel series.

Will I be creating a personal Mesa during Medicine Wheel?

Yes, a Mesa (or Misha) is a Quechuan medicine bundle that you create and learn to use for your own personal healing. If you already have a Mesa or are a participant in The Way of Ayni program and you created your mesa/misha during that program, you can bring your mesa to the Medicine Wheel to receive the initiations and teachings or you can create a secondary mesa.

What are rites and initiations?

This tradition is an initiatory tradition which means down through the eons Maestros and Maestras (revered teachers) transmit energetic karpays, seeds of power, to the student and or other Maestros and Maestras. Each session has it's own set of initiations and practices that build on each other.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, dependent upon individual circumstances. Payment plans must be completed before each wheel begins. Please reach out to inquire.

What if I register but I can't attend one of the sessions days?

Your attendance on Zoom is necessary all three days of each session. Please arrange your schedule accordingly. If something unexpected happens, please notify Rising Fire's team of your situation.

Are refunds given?

No refunds are given unless class is canceled by Rising Fire.

I have taken Medicine Wheel before with Rising Fire. Do I get a discount if I want to take it again?

Yes, repeating the Medicine Wheel allows us to deepen our medicine and unmap ourselves from non beneficial limiting beliefs, patterns, inner critic and fosters deepening our healing. Students who have completed the Rising Fire Medicine Wheel may choose to take it again, and again and may receive a discount - reach out to us for the discount code!

How long does it take to complete Medicine Wheel?

Typically, it two years to complete all six Medicine Wheel sessions. Each session builds on the previous, creating a strong foundation to grow what we call your ‘toolkit’ of shamanic skills, self-awareness techniques, and integration tools. Supplementary readings and homework assignments facilitate deeper understanding and mastery of skills. This creates a consistent cycle of discovery, integration, and transformation. However, if you skip a session due to unforeseen circumstances, it will take more than two years and it will depend how many Medicine Wheels are scheduled and currently in process.

Can I submit a testimonial of my experience in Medicine Wheel?

Yes! We love to hear from our students about their experiences. Submit your testimonial here.
